WorkDynamics Solutions Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to WorkDynamics Solutions, including but not limited to Injury Guard and Safe Havens, provided by WorkDynamics Solution Factory (“we,” “us,” “our”) and running on Microsoft Power Apps. By accessing or using any of our solutions (“Solutions”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Solutions.

2. User Responsibilities

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Solutions shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Solutions.
