By registering, you agree to use the AI Work Spectrum framework and diagnostic content responsibly. You can use your results internally and share them freely. We may contact you about your results and our programs โ€” you can unsubscribe at any time.
1. Permitted Use

You may use the Lite Diagnostic solely to evaluate your organisation's AI activation position. You must not use it for any commercial purpose other than evaluating a potential engagement with WorkDynamics, or access it on behalf of a competitor.

2. Confidentiality and Acceptable Use

The AI Work Spectrum framework, methodology and diagnostic content are the intellectual property of Devworkz Pty Ltd. You are welcome to share your results and discuss the framework with colleagues, peers and your network. You must not use the framework or diagnostic content to develop competing tools, frameworks or products, or represent WorkDynamics' intellectual property as your own.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the AI Work Spectrum framework, the Lite Diagnostic and all associated content remains the exclusive property of Devworkz Pty Ltd. You may use your diagnostic results for internal evaluation only โ€” you may not publish, distribute or commercialise them.

4. Privacy

Devworkz Pty Ltd collects your name, email, organisation, role and sector to personalise your results and contact you regarding your results and WorkDynamics' programs. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Your information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

5. Disclaimer

The Lite Diagnostic is provided for evaluation purposes only. Your Spectrum position is based on self-reported responses and is a directional indicator โ€” not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devworkz Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss arising from reliance on diagnostic results.

6. Updates

Devworkz Pty Ltd may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date and you will be notified by email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
