WorkDynamics by Devworkz puts leaders in command of AI β the diagnostic, the program, and the platform that turn structural exposure into credible response, across employee services and external markets.
We work exclusively in workplace AI. We do not work in clinical, scientific or visual AI domains. The focus is what makes the work credible.
What we do
GenAI in the workplace produces a continuum of outcomes β from individual augmentation, through digital decision making, through hybrid labour, through to fully autonomous labour under governance. The strategic question isn't which outcome is "best." It's which combination is right for the work, the function, the risk profile, and the appetite of the organisation.

We measure two surfaces of structural exposure:
AIWS Employee Services β where your function is exposed across service responsiveness, cost defensibility, risk and audit assurance, and workforce intelligence.
AIWS External Services β where your organisation is exposed across revenue capture, customer relationship, offer velocity, and cost structure.

WorkDynamics by Devworkz is an Australian advisory firm, founded and led by John Ackery. We advise commercial, local government and not-for-profit organisations across Australia and New Zealand on the move from individual AI use to structural digital labour under governance.
