LEEP — Activate Your Functional Agentic Roadmap Across Any Function
A 12-week organisational cohort programme that operationalises your Functional Agentic Roadmap [FAR] — turning a defensible plan into deployed Digital Labour. Â
LEEP brings function leaders, practitioners, and executive sponsors into the same room — learning, exploring, and planning together. By the end, the cohort isn't trained. They're aligned — with shared language, shared experience, hands-on capability, and co-owned plans against the FAR.
Why function leaders across the organisation are leaning in
Why HR & People Leaders Are Leaning In
HR leaders know the load is no longer sustainable. Digital Labour enables faster employee support, reduces manual handling, and strengthens WHS and safeguarding compliance. It brings consistency to policy-heavy processes and frees teams to focus on the human- centred work that creates real value.
Why CCOs & Commercial Leaders Are Leaning InÂ
Commercial leaders know the customer expectation curve has moved faster than headcount can. Digital Labour scales the routine — triage, routing, information assembly, automated reporting — without expanding the team, while protecting the human moments that retain customers and earn revenue. It strengthens AFCA standing, accelerates offer velocity, and reshapes cost-to-serve without losing what makes the function commercially valuable.
Why CIO & Digital Leaders Are Taking Notice
AI is already appearing across the organisation — but without structure, it becomes noise. LEEP gives CIOs a governed, architecturally sound way to adopt AI agents. It establishes enterprise patterns, protects data, reduces shadow AI, and aligns capability with long-term digital strategy.
Stage 1 — Learn: Common Language and Baseline AI Literacy
The cohort completes The Confident AI Professional (CAIP) — 34 lessons across 7 modules. Foundational AI literacy for the Microsoft Copilot environment. Everyone arrives at the next stages with the same grounding. Â
Outcomes: Â
- Common language and baseline AI literacy across all stakeholders
- Clarity on AI-native concepts, agents and digital coworkers
- Readiness to engage meaningfully in AI conversations and decisions
Stage 2 — Experience: Real Agentic Systems in Production
The cohort sees the methodology in production. Hands-on demonstrations of Injury Guard AI (injury events and hazard reporting and management) and Safe Havens AI (abuse reporting and protection for child-safe organisations). The cohort sees real agentic systems working alongside human teams. Â
Meet the agents — Nova, Riley, AVA → Â
Outcomes: Â
- Real examples of AI-enabled services and agentic workflows
- Clear line of sight between AI capabilities and current challenges
- Momentum and confidence to move beyond pilots and theory
Stage 3 — Explore: Hands-On in Your Own Tenant Â
The cohort gets working copies of Injury Guard AI and Safe Havens AI installed in their organisation's own Microsoft Power Platform tenant. Real agents. Real data structures. Real Dataverse, real Copilot Studio — configured, governed and explored in the cohort's own environment, not a sandbox. Â
Outcomes: Â
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and intelligent workflows in your own tenant
- Early identification of high-value use cases across employee and external services functions
- Practical understanding of implementation considerations, governance posture, and tenant-level constraints
Stage 4 — Plan: Co-Owned Activation Roadmap
The cohort applies the FAR methodology to their own functions — planning against their own Functional Agentic Roadmaps and the atoms-and-electrons split that underpins them. The output is a co-owned activation roadmap the cohort will take forward into deployment. Â
Outcomes: Â
- A focused activation roadmap, sequenced for impact and feasibility, sitting on top of the FAR
- Agreement on first deployable initiatives and the success measures that prove them
- A foundation for scaling AI across employee and external services functions

Three Guided Pathways
Choose the pathway that matches your ambition and capacity. Starter (up to 5 users) proves value quickly with a focused workgroup. Scale (up to 15 users) extends Digital Labour capability across multiple functions. Systemic (organisation-wide, price on application) builds an enterprise-wide capability set across your organisation. Each pathway is time-boxed, practical, and delivered on your Microsoft stack — designed for measurable, low-risk modernisation.
