Agentic solution · Injury Management

Every injury claim, first report to closure. People decide.

A Council of ten specialist agents weighs each claim, rules hold the legal limits, and desk agents do the routine work. The triage manager and case manager make every call that matters.

What it does

One claim, seven moves, every actor named

Each step shows who acts: an agent, a rule, or a person.

Agent + rules1 · Intake

The report is captured as fixed facts. Rules screen for danger, crisis and notifiable incidents.

Rule2 · Severity floor

The certificate is read into fields. A rule sets a floor no later step can lower.

Council3 · Deliberation

Up to ten lenses read a sealed case pack. The chair frames two or three options and carries every dissent.

Person4 · The gate

The triage manager approves an option, or sends it back for a rethink with a reason.

Agent → person5 · Return to Work

Drafts the suitable-duties plan within the certificate and proposes graded step-ups. Redrafts when a new certificate arrives. The case manager approves every plan.

Agent → person6 · Claims & Insurer

Lodges the claim, watches the liability clock, drafts insurer responses and reconciles payments. Never accepts liability or sends without approval.

Person7 · Closure & learning

Four checks must pass and the triage manager approves. The lesson learned feeds the next triage.

How it's built

The agents, the Council and the gates

Agents read, weigh, draft and do routine work. Rules hold the hard limits. No agent can write to the record; validated flows do.

Same design either way. The rehearsal is the specification; the acceptance tests prove a build matches it.

Build it with us

Start with a Functional Agentic Roadmap for your function: we map your work to agents, rules and people, size the case, then design and build it in your tenant.

  • FAR: your function mapped and the case sized
  • FAB: the design tailored to your rules, data and people
  • Build: in your own tenant, with your Design Rehearsal

Questions

Does the AI make decisions about claims?

No. Agents read, weigh and draft. The triage manager and case manager make every decision that matters, and anything leaving the organisation waits for their approval.

Which schemes does it cover?

The design is scheme-neutral. Statutory timeframes and thresholds ship as NSW-shaped defaults, marked to confirm against your scheme, regulator and insurer.

What's the difference between the kit and a FAR?

The kit is the design as rehearsed, for teams who build themselves. A FAR tailors it to your function's data, rules and people, and leads to a build with us.

Is this legal or clinical advice?

No. It's a reference architecture. Confirm every statutory and clinical parameter before use.

See it work before you build it.

Run the rehearsal, then choose your way forward.

Humans on judgment. Agents on the rest.
