AI Command Foundations — Terms & Conditions

1. Access Tiers
1.1 Module 1 — Free Access.
Granted for 90 days from the date of signup, at no cost, with no payment details required. Access ends at the conclusion of the 90-day period unless extended. Extensions may be granted at WorkDynamics' discretion, on request.
1.2 Full Course — Paid Access.
A single payment of $297 AUD (or $249 USD for international purchasers) grants access to all course content available at the time of purchase, plus any new modules or lessons released, for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Access to the course — including content available at the time of purchase — ends at the conclusion of the 365-day period. Continued access beyond 365 days requires renewal or a separate purchase.
1.3 No Subscription.
The Full Course is a single, one-time charge. It does not renew or re-charge automatically at any point — access simply concludes at the end of its 365-day term.
1.4 Team and Volume Access.
Pricing for 5 or more seats is available on request and issued as an individual quote — not a fixed published rate.
1.5 Department and Enterprise Access.
Priced on application (POA). Contact WorkDynamics directly to discuss scope and pricing.
2. Payment and Currency
Prices are offered as separate fixed amounts in AUD and USD. These are not live currency conversions and will not track exchange rate movements.
3. Vantis — Fair Use Policy
3.1 What Vantis is.
Vantis is a conversational teaching agent, grounded in AI Command Foundations course content, available to enrolled students to support their learning.
3.2 Intended use.
Vantis is provided for individual, personal learning use by enrolled students, in reasonable volume consistent with normal course engagement.
3.3 Usage limits.
Vantis operates on underlying AI infrastructure that carries real, usage-based costs to WorkDynamics. To keep the course sustainably priced for all students, WorkDynamics reserves the right to:
- Apply reasonable usage limits per student (e.g., a daily or monthly message cap)
- Throttle, pause, or restrict Vantis access for any account showing usage inconsistent with individual learning use (including automated, scripted, or bulk querying)
- Suspend Vantis access for an account without affecting the student's remaining access to course lesson content itself
3.4 What Vantis will not do.
Vantis answers questions about course content. It does not produce deliverables, reports, roadmaps, or other work product for a student's organisation, and any output should not be relied upon as professional advice.
3.5 No guarantee of availability.
Vantis is a course feature, not a standalone product. WorkDynamics may modify, limit, or temporarily suspend Vantis without affecting a student's underlying course access or entitling the student to a refund.
4. General
4.1
These terms apply to purchases of AI Command Foundations made via WorkDynamics' Kajabi-hosted platform.
4.2
WorkDynamics may update course content, structure, and these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active students will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
